We‘re pleased to announce that Blue Cow customers can now access PDI Connections, the portal for support, product information, and community networking. PDI Connections will enhance your overall PDI experience and your interactions with PDI Support. Please use this portal as your primary vehicle to log Support cases and monitor their status.

​We‘re pleased to announce that Blue Cow customers can now access PDI Connections, the portal for support, product information, and community networking. PDI Connections will enhance your overall PDI experience and your interactions with PDI Support. Please use this portal as your primary vehicle to log Support cases and monitor their status.

Because you are identified as a contact on your account, you‘ll receive your login credentials in the next few days. If you do not receive your credentials, you can request them on the PDI Connections portal directly or by emailing support@pditechnologies.com.

After you‘ve established your login information, be sure to explore the site and bring any questions to one of the webinars. Going forward, you can immediately log Support cases through the portal and find valuable information on the Propane and Commercial Fueling solution page.

Support through the portal will follow the same operating hours as before (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). However, you can submit a case at any time and it will be picked up for assignment during standard operating hours. ​

Any priority 1 issue that may occur will be addressed immediately once logged. ​

Please note that drivers/technicians who are used to phoning into Support due to the nature of their roles can continue to do so.
